What happens to your answers

I, Chompunuch Ngo (Mod), use your checkup to prepare for the conversation you requested and contact you about it. It is not an insurance application.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional answers, submission time, language, and consent. The short checkup asks no income amounts or medical questions. Earlier versions allowed more detailed financial and health answers; those existing responses remain private. Please do not enter account numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical details.

Career inquiries

The separate career form collects your name, email, optional US state, time available, work or income goals, language, submission time, and consent. It is for preparing an introductory conversation, not an employment, licensing, or immigration application. Do not send identification or immigration documents. Career responses use the same account-restricted storage and review, correction, and retention process described below.

Where answers go

Client and career responses are stored by this website and accessible in my account-restricted dashboard. Hosting providers process data to operate the site. Answers are not shown to other visitors or automatically emailed as attachments. This form does not send an application to an insurer.

Review, correction, or removal

Optional questions can stay blank. Review your answers before sending. To ask about a submitted response or request a correction or removal, email me below; no appointment is required. Do not include sensitive details in your email. I will confirm the request and any recordkeeping requirements before taking action.

How long responses remain

Reading or marking a response completed does not delete it. When I choose removal, it moves to Trash and can be recovered for 15 full days. After that, it becomes eligible for permanent cleanup from the live website database. Active and completed responses have no fixed automatic expiry. Contact me about a specific response or removal request.

I can download password-encrypted response backups for recovery. These include records still in Trash at the time of backup. Removing a live record does not erase older downloaded copies or hosting backups immediately. Backup copies are handled separately; ask me about your data rather than assuming all copies have been erased.

Booking and this browser

A signed, HttpOnly cookie remembers your submitted checkup or career inquiry for up to 30 days on this browser. It stores a submission identifier. On the financial checkup page, you can choose to load and edit the answers to the current questions from your previous submission while that cookie is valid. Your meeting preference is stored with your response. Google Calendar handles booking and confirms the appointment after you submit its booking form.

Your language preference stays on your device. Unsubmitted answers are not saved and are lost when you close or reload the form.
